27 Years And Counting...

Well, at this exact moment in time Mark and I have been married for 27 years!
I woke Mark up with the traditional "Happy Anniversary, honey!" only to hear him reply, "I have the worst migraine in the world." I'm hoping that our 27 years of marital bliss didn't bring it on!
I remember our first few anniversaries and how they always involved dinner out together and a small token to remember the day by. I used to put a lot into the "token", but now somehow these things seem less important to me. Tonight we will celebrate this milestone along with our girlies and undoubtedly we will sit in the restaraunt and talk about all the funny, happy, crazy times that we've experienced together...as a couple and as a family - and that is more wonderful to me than any gift bought in a store.
